What are the collateral requirements?
- The collateral owner has no outstanding debts at the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions (BAOA);
- The asset was not transferred by a gift agreement;
- The asset is not already pledged to another lender.
Required documents
- Income evidence (last 6 months of business account statements, financial records, contracts);
- Proof of residential address;
- National ID;
- Related-party documents;
- Collateral documents.
Eligibility requirements
- At least 18 years old, legally capable, with stable income during the loan term;
- No overdue or reclassified loans at banks or other financial institutions;
- The business has operated continuously for the last 6 months.
